I attribute a majority of Ambition Insight‘s success to the simple fact that I love my job. I can’t wait to get to work. People can feel it when I talk to them. The love and the passion is clear as day. It’s infectious.

Today’s lesson to everyone out there is relentlessly pursue what you love.

There will be days that suck, really really bad. There will be people that suck, really really bad. There will be unpaid invoices and lazy employees and deadbeat prospects and people who don’t value your time; but there will also be incredible moments of euphoria, clarity, happiness, growth and ultimately success. Not success as a destination, but success as a daily affirmation of your passion.

Once you realize that the true nature of a successful business is happy employees, you will realize that running a business is about having great people.

People that care and love what they do. That love will set the work apart from the rest in every situation.

To my clients, those who have invested and believed in me – I owe it all to you. You saw the love and gave me a shot. I do what I love, you do what you love, and we both make money. That is what I call living the dream. That’s what makes me happy. Onwards and upwards friends, this is going to continue to be a wonderful ride.
